We hope you love your Southern Pines purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns within 10 days of delivery.
Store credit only — no refunds to the original payment method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tagged, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or stains.
Sale items, jewelry, shoes, and undergarments are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not currently provide return labels.
Store credit is issued by e-gift card within 3 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are not included in store credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
